Monitoring
A fix has been implemented. We are now monitoring the results. At the moment we have managed to restore basic functionality to the affected services, however performance may be degraded.

Update
We have been able to restore the RWE Labs Web Services, and parts of our CDLN. We are still working toward resolving the issue affecting our main services.

The issue has been identified and we are working toward implementing a fix for the issue. We are unable to give a specific timeline as to when we expect these services to return to full functionality.

Update
We are continuing to investigate this issue. We can now confirm that the issue affects some of the RWE Update Servers, which may affect users attempting to check for software updates.

Investigating
We are currently investigating a widespread major outage that is affecting our core web services. Currently there is a major outage preventing access from all of our RWE and CDLN websites, apps and services. There is also a partial outage on some web services that are used by RWE Labs.
